Return & Refund Policy
The Fine Shop gives you the option to return purchased item(s)*. Any order that has been shipped, falls within a returnable category.
Send an email to email@example.com and make sure the subject line has the following: (Type: Arrange a Return OR Replacement for damaged goods + Order Number #)
Returns Terms and Conditions:
1. The below sets out our return policy with respect to certain product categories:
- You have received a wrong product;
- You have received a product that is not as described on the Site;
- You have received a damaged product.
Product is unused, in original unbroken packaging. Must be returned within 14 days of receipt of shipment.
If you request a refund, The Fine Shop will refund the original amount only to the original payment method that was used to make the purchase.
Refunds of payments are applicable only in the cases of:
- Products are damaged
- Products are not receivable
Once a refund is requested, we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, then it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
In case you wish to cancel an order placed before being shipped (within 24 hours), a refund of 100% of the amount paid will be processed within 14 days.
