Which countries do you ship to? Is it worldwide shipping?
We ship worldwide, with the exception of the following countries: China, Cuba, Egypt, Guatemala, India, Iran, Israel, North Korea, Sudan, Syria, Russia. Fine reserves the right to amend this list and stop shipping to certain countries without any prior notice (subject to circumstances including lockdowns related to pandemic etc).
What company will deliver my order and how can I track it?
Aramex will deliver your order. Once your order is placed, the system will send an automatic order acknowledgment to the email address used when placing the order. Once your order is packed and ready for dispatch, you will receive another automated email containing the courier tracking number. Customer can trace their shipment/s on the Aramex website https://www.aramex.com/ae/en/track/shipments using the tracking number mentioned in the email. Customers are requested to please check their spam/junk folders regularly in case the automated emails land in the these folders instead of the inbox.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping rates to various countries are calculated upon check-out and depend on the overall weight of shipment and the destination. Please note that any shipping fees paid do not include any additional customs duties payable in the destination country, if applicable.
How can I track my order?
You will receive an automated email upon placing your order with your order number and a tracking number that you can track on the Aramex website.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order within 24hours of placing your order by sending an email to email@example.com and stating the order number.
When will I receive my order?
Your order will be shipped with 1 business day.
UAE local deliveries – 1 to 2 working days (including delivery to Shop-and-Ship boxes)
- Jordan local deliveries – 1 to 2 working days (including delivery to Shop-and-Ship boxes)
- Shipments to Europe/Asia – 10 to 15 working days
- Shipments to USA/Canada – 12-16 working days
- Shipments to Africa/rest of the world – 10-20 working days

How do I report missing or damaged items?
Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will treat your issue with utmost urgency and care.
Make sure to include your order number and contact information (name, phone number, country).

No complicated registrations or signs ups are needed – you automatically be enrolled from day one 😊
Is there a membership fee to join the loyalty program?
No fee, just rewards.
How do I move up and down the tier level?
There are no tier levels. You simply receive discounts based on your purchase history.
How it works:
Our discount program works on a 4 month basis. After you purchase for the first time, you will automatically be enrolled into the program. Your next order will be 5% off and each consecutive month after, you will receive a 5% additional discount, up to 20%. If you don’t consistently buy every month within the 4 months’ time frame, your discount will decrease by 5% each consecutive month.
How do I see my discounts?
If you are signed in to your account, you will see your discount at checkout. Not logged in, no issues! When you checkout, use the same email address you have used in the past, and you will see the discount.
How to reset or update password?
Go to login and press forgot password. You will receive an automated email to guide you on resetting your password. Please check your junk or spam if you didn’t receive it.
